For 16 years,CULTURA and its clients have been honouring writers and authors of novels and children's works. In its 16th year, the Talents operation has consisted, on the basis of readings and client opinions, in choosing, since spring 2018, from among hundreds of first or second novels, the 10 authors who will receive the Talents trophies in September 2018, under the patronage of successful writer Gilles LEGARDINIER.

BOOKSELLERS' FAVOURITES, CHILDREN'S MOTION PICTURES

MUTT accompanied this selection from the jury of the Libraires Cultura in July until the awarding of the trophies in September. In the meantime, MUTT has achieved all the booksellers' favourites: each of them defended one of the works, one of the authors.

Rewrite the "4th cover page"

 

As the highlight of Talents' editorial communication, MUTT has created an editorial format by rewriting, together with the authors and based on the opinions of certain clients, the famous "4th cover page".

A series of 6 podcasts "La 4ème de couverture" was broadcast in September/October on Radio Classique and longer formats were also designed and shared exclusively with the Cultura community of readers.

Nicolas MATHIEU, Goncourt Prize

 

The expertise of Cultura's readers and booksellers was once again singled out, as one of Talents 2018, Nicolas MATHIEU, won the prestigious Goncourt prize for "Their children after them", while another, David DIOP, won the Goncourt prize for high school students, for "Frère d'âme".
